Q: How can I get an official invitation letter for conference attendance?

Registered authors or participants may request an invitation letter. It will be provided via email as a soft copy. While SFER supports visa applications, approval is subject to embassy discretion. Registration fees are non-refundable after the deadline.

A:Receipts are issued at the conference registration desk or issued by Coordinator in email.

Q: What is the duration of an oral paper presentation?

A:Each technical presentation lasts 10–15 minutes, including discussion.

Yes. Poster papers are included in dedicated sessions and published in the proceedings.

No. Participants must arrange their own accommodation and travel.

Q: Will my paper be published in indexed journals?

A: Selected papers are published in SFER conference proceedings and may be considered for indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, etc.) depending on quality and relevance. Author’s need to request the Conference Coordinator to process for Scopus/Web of Science.

Q: Are there any discounts available?

A: Yes. Early‑bird registration and Group participant discounts are offered. Details are available on the conference website or contact coordinator.

Q: Can I present virtually if I cannot travel?

A: Yes. SFER provides virtual presentation options toensure global participation.

Q: Will Presentation/participation certificates be provided?

A: Yes. All registered participants receive certificates of participation, and presenters receive presentation certificates.
