A: No. SFER is a recognized academic conference organizer that provides a legitimate platform for researchers, academicians, and professionals to present their work and network globally. All submissions undergo peer review, and accepted papers are published in official conference proceedings and selected journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar (subject to acceptance). SFER follows transparent policies on registration, publication, and participation. While participants are responsible for their own travel and visa arrangements, SFER provides official invitation letters and reasonable support to facilitate attendance.

Q: Will my paper be published?

A: Accepted papers are published in conference proceedings and selected journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar (subject to acceptance).

Q: How can I get an official letter of invitation for conference attendance/visa application?

A: Official SFER invitation letters are available upon request for registered authors, delegates, and participants only after payment confirmation. The invitation letter will be issued as a soft copy via email. The visa application process typically requires at least one month. Authors are responsible for completing their own visa applications. SFER cannot guarantee visa approval, as it is solely the decision of the respective embassy or consulate.

A: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 40 days before the event after deducting applicable transaction and bank charges. Visa-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

A: Information regarding nearby airports, transportation options, and local attractions is shared with registered participants upon request.

Q: Can SFER arrange accommodation and travel services?

A: Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travel. However, upon request, SFER may assist in arranging suitable accommodation and travel services, subject to availability. Any additional costs will be charged according to the service provider's rates.

Q: How long does the visa process usually take?

A: Visa processing generally takes about one month. Participants are advised to apply well in advance.

Q: Are there local travel guides or recommendations near the venue?

A: Yes. Information on nearby hotels, transportation, restaurants, and local attractions is shared with registered participants upon request.

Post-Conference Support

Q: Will I receive a certificate?

A: Yes. Certificates of Participation and Presentation are issued to all eligible attendees.

Q: Why was my physical conference changed to a virtual conference?

A: SFER always prioritizes the safety, accessibility, and participation of all attendees. In exceptional circumstances such as travel restrictions, public health concerns, venue limitations, an insufficient number of physical participants, or other unforeseen logistical challenges, the conference may be conducted virtually. Participants will be informed promptly, and registration, certificates, proceedings, and publication opportunities will remain unaffected.

Q: Will my paper be published in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar)?

A: Yes. Accepted papers will be published in SFER conference proceedings (with ISBN). Extended versions of selected papers may be considered for publication in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar indexed journals, subject to acceptance.

A: All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by subject experts. Acceptance is based on originality, relevance, methodology, technical quality, and contribution to the field.
